Lothian Pension Fund has signed the Nuffield Foundation as a tenant for two floors at 100 St John Street in Farringdon, EC1.
The charitable trust will occupy 9,916 sq ft on the second and third floors of the 31,297 sq ft office building in Clerkenwell Village.
Other tenants include Morgan Sindall Investments, which has leased 3,574 sq ft on the fifth floor, and Palace Skateboards, which occupiers 4,944 sq ft. The first floor is listed as under offer.
Some 7,276 sq ft remains vacant in the five-storey building.
Colliers International advised Lothian Pension Fund; Metric Real Estate and BNP Paribas Real Estate acted for the Nuffield Foundation.
