Lothbury Property Trust has sold the 2.9-acre (1.17ha) Great Western Court office park, Bristol, to an unnamed private investor for £6.75m.
The deal reflects a net initial yield of 7.75%.
The site includes four, two-storey offices totalling 38,326 sq ft
