Lothbury Property Trust has purchased Stockbridge Retail Park in Linlithgow, West Lothian, for £16.4m.
The retail warehouse park on Falkirk Road has been sold by Lesley Retail at a net initial yield of 4.1%.
The 56,100 sq ft park opened
