EG took a look around the I-HUB, which provides space for entrepreneurs, start-ups, SMEs and international companies across 187,400 sq ft. A core aim of the building will be to provide a place to support the commercialisation of research and ideas.

The building incorporates laboratories, write-up areas, offices and incubator space with opportunities for organisations to scale up or down.
