London & Lothian has acquired the Gwent Square Shopping Centre, Tredegar, South Wales, from Threadneedle for £8.75m.
Tenants at the 80,000 sq ft site include Boots, Woolworths, Superdrug and Peacocks.
The vendor was represented by Knight Frank and the purchaser
