Logicor signs brace of new tenants for Newbury industrial estate

Logicor has signed two new occupiers at its Kennetside Industrial Estate in Newbury, Berkshire. Food manufacturer Atkins & Potts and IT firm TrellisWorks have both taken 10-year leases. Atkins will move into the 40,481 sq ft Unit C. TrellisWorks will
