Locale picks up mandate for Salesforce Tower

Proptech firm Locale has been picked to run a new occupier experience initiative at London’s Salesforce Tower.

The mandate will see the company’s app used throughout the 440,000-plus sq ft of office space as well as restaurants at 110 Bishopsgate, EC2, offering direct occupier communication through content streaming. The company will also curate occupier-focused events to cultivate a closer-knit community.

Charlotte Hutton, Avison Young’s general manager at 110 Bishopsgate, said the company would play “a vital role in improving operational efficiency at 110 Bishopsgate, enabling us to deliver a high-quality experience for all our occupiers”.

Rob Maxwell, Locale’s director of strategy and growth, added: “In an era when occupier changes are evolving constantly, we have collaborated closely with the team to understand its vision for the tower and its pain points to curate a tailored strategy that ensures the occupier experience is enhanced and delivers much-needed efficiencies for the management team and business.”
