LLDC partners with Ballymore for Stratford Waterfront development

The London Legacy Development Corporation has formed a 50/50 partnership with Ballymore to develop 1,175 homes at two waterfront sites in east London. The jv will deliver 600 mixed-tenure homes at Stratford Waterfront, E15, 35% of which will be affordable.
