Ski Track and Snowdon Gateway have submitted a planning application to Gwynedd council, Wales, for a £150m artificial snow-dome.
The 180ft (55m)-high dome in a former slate quarry at Llanberis will have a ski slope, bobsled run, "indoor tropical beach"
