Liverpool pumphouse to become fine-dining destination

Plans to convert a Victorian pumping station in Liverpool's Stanley Dock into a high-end restaurant have been approved by Liverpool City Council. Stanley Dock Properties will redevelop the Grade II* listed pumphouse into 4,400 sq ft of dining space able
