Liverpool One bags edyn for serviced apartment block

Hospitality group edyn has signed a deal with Grosvenor Britain & Ireland to develop a 60,000 sq ft serviced apartment building at Liverpool One. Edyn has signed a 25-year lease on the 10-storey building, which is scheduled to open this
