Fresh plans have been drawn up by the owners of Daresbury Sci-Tech in Cheshire to extend the campus with more life sciences buildings.
Daresbury SIC has submitted proposals to Halton Borough Council for a 193,423 sq ft office and laboratory scheme on the campus, which sits between Liverpool, Manchester, Runcorn and Warrington.
The Ultraviolet scheme, designed by Seven Architecture, will be spread over five buildings and developed on 6.8 acres of former farmland currently used to store earth from an adjacent construction project.
The new buildings will sit alongside Project Violet, a three-building scheme currently under construction that is due to deliver around 45,000 sq ft of office space and TechSpace One and Two, two contemporary lab and office buildings, totalling some 43,000 sq ft.
Spawforths is advising on planning.
