Liberty International subsidiary Capital & Counties has sold 110,000 sq ft of shops in Swansea to UBS Global Asset Management for £42.6m.
The sale price reflects a 5.29% yield.
The shops at 2-20 Whitewalls, 801-811 Oxford Street and 32-38 Union
