Liberty Properties is planning a £26m riverside office scheme for 12 acres (4.86ha) of brownfield land in the Swansea Enterprise Zone.
The Chester and Swansea-based developer has earmarked its Matrix Park site for the 190,000 sq ft (17,651 sq m)
