LGIM submits plans for 320 homes on Scottish and Newcastle brewery site

Legal & General Investment Management has submitted plans to develop 320 homes on Plot 9B of Newcastle Helix, formerly known as Science Central. Plans submitted to Newcastle City Council include the development of two towers of 28 and 18 storeys,
