LGIM adds shine to Woking office with Colgate letting

Colgate has taken 25,000 sq ft at Legal & General Investment Management's office development in Woking. The space spans two floors in the newly refurbished office building at Goldsworth Place. Rents were marketed at around £38.50 per sq ft. The
