L&G pieces together modular homes pipeline with Broadstairs buy

Legal & General has bought a site in Broadstairs, Kent, to build 153 modular homes. The deal, with Town & Country Housing, brings L&G Modular Homes' pipeline to 670 homes. The Poorhole Lane site will be funded by Homes England
