L&G and Bell Hammer picked for £160m Bath regen

Legal & General and Bell Hammer have been chosen by Bath and North East Somerset Council as its development partners for the £160m regeneration of Bath Quays North. The 5.5-acre riverside site in Bath city centre has outline planning permission
