Chris Lewis has been appointed as head of occupier advisory at tenant specialist Devono Cresa.
Lewis will join in May from Deloitte where he is currently the lead partner for occupier advisory.
In a statement, both Lewis and Deloitte said that they expected to continue to work together in the future.
Lewis said: “I have been incredibly lucky to work with some amazing people and extraordinary clients whilst at Deloitte, learning a huge amount about the relationship between business and real estate. Making the move to Devono Cresa reflects my desire to get closer to the ground, supporting clients on strategy and implementation alongside a group of like-minded colleagues. I hope to continue my relationship with Deloitte as we jointly identify ways of forging closer links between our respective businesses for the benefit of our clients.”
Nigel Shilton, managing partner of Deloitte Real Estate, said: “Chris has been a great partner, working really hard to help us develop a unique real estate proposition for the market. His decision to move on is a disappointment. However, we look forward to maintaining contact with Chris and identifying opportunities to work together in the future.”
