Lendlease seeks buyer for Elephant Park retail

Lendlease has appointed CBRE to market a 100,000 sq ft slice of the £2.3bn Elephant Park regeneration, SE17. The site being offered includes retail, food and beverage, and leisure units, producing a total gross income of £2.75m and a total
