Lend Lease has signed Thomas Cook, Monsoon, and Joules at Touchwood, Solihull, in the West Midlands.
Clothing brand Joules will take a 3,693 sq ft shop opposite Fraser Hart at the entrance to Mill Lane arcade.
Monsoon’s new 4,045 sq ft shop will be on the Crescent Arcade next to Apple, Hollister and Topshop.
Thomas Cook is opening a 1,503 sq ft shop on the high street.
All three brands will open next spring.
