AWG Developments and Woodford Developments' proposed £55m office scheme (pictured) in Leith, Edinburgh has won detailed planning permission.
To be called Ocean Point, the 200,000 sq ft (18,589 sq m) development will lie next to the Ocean Terminal shopping centre.
