Leisure entrepreneur and landlord John Remblance has gained consent for revised plans for a £100m "continental café-style" regeneration of Southend's seafront.
Alongside Dedman Planning & Regeneration and Atkins, Remblance proposes:
· a leisure complex,
· a 100-room four-star hotel,
