Bar and nightclub group Springwood, based in Swithland, Leicestershire, has agreed to buy eight venues from rival First Leisure Trading in a £3m deal.
Two of the nightclubs are in Darlington, the rest are in Blackburn, Blackpool, Manchester, Rochdale, Sunderland
