Legal eagle lands at Colmore Row

Law firm Clarke Willmott has agreed to move its Birmingham headquarters to UK Commercial Property REIT’s 9 Colmore Row. UKCM,  which is managed and advised by Aberdeen Standard Investments, has agreed a 10 has-year lease for the
