Legal challenge to Scotland’s pubs shutdown

The hospitality industry has launched a legal challenge to Scotland's shutdown of bars and restaurants. A letter from TLT, the law firm, was delivered to ministers yesterday setting out the legal basis for a potential judicial review of the legislation
