Law firm Trowers & Hamlins has sealed a deal to take a new Birmingham office.
The firm, which has been based at 10 Colmore Row, has signed a 10-year lease at Union Investment’s One Snowhill.
The deal will see the firm take almost 16,500 sq ft of the 263,000 sq ft building, which includes office and retail space. The rent is £37 per sq ft.
Trowers & Hamlins joins a long list of legal firms to have found new bases.
Much of the activity has centred on London, where the latest deals include Reynolds Porter Chamberlain closing in on a lease at Aviva Investors’ 101 Moorgate, EC2.
But firms are striking new deals in the regions too, such as Mills & Reeve upsizing in its Leeds base at Catella APAM and Britannia Invest’s One City Square.
CBRE and Knight Frank are letting agents for One Snowhill.
