Law firm nears deal for new HQ in the City

International law firm Reynolds Porter Chamberlain is closing in on a lease for a new London headquarters at Aviva Investors’ 101 Moorgate, EC2.

The firm is under offer on the 70,000 sq ft, nine-storey building and, according to market sources, will pay in the high £80s per sq ft.

The scheme is opposite Moorgate tube station and is due to complete in Q4 2024.

The firm’s current lease at Tower Bridge House will end in 2027. EG revealed in February that it had appointed RX London to find it a new 70,000 sq ft base in the capital.

Cushman & Wakefield and JLL are leasing agents on 101 Moorgate.
