LaSalle Investment Management has secured London and Quadrant Housing Association for a 60,000 sq ft headquarters at Cray House in Sidcup, Kent.
The building, which used to be the headquarters of Fujitsu, has been refurbished and will be ready for occupation from the end of July 2010.
The lease on Cray House is for 15 years with a break at the fifth year and rents set at an incentivised £10 per sq ft.
LaSalle Investment Management was advised by Altus Edwin Hill, Vanessa Clark’s new start up Sinclair Clark and Jones Lang LaSalle; London and Quadrant Housing were represented by Ask Re.
Nick Sharp, LaSalle Investment Management said: “We are delighted to have secured the tenancy of London and Quadrant for this well located Kent office HQ. This is the biggest office letting in Kent this year and we believe demonstrates the growing strength of the region.
“We understand that London and Quadrant recognised the specific qualities of the site ahead of many others in the South East as offering the best possible location for their headquarters.”
