LaSalle puts Halifax’s Woolshops shopping centre up for sale

LaSalle Investment Management is selling the Woolshops Shopping Centre in Halifax, Yorkshire, with a £15.6m price tag. LaSalle has instructed Savills to find buyers for the 236,923 sq ft mall, with the price reflecting an 11% net initial yield.
