London & Associated Properties has sold a West Midlands shopping centre to Brierley Hill Estates for £4.85m.
Comprising 20 retail units, the Moor Centre, Brierley Hill, generates £293,000 annually in rents from tenants including Boots, Iceland, Peacocks and Pizza Hut.
