Landsec to sell offices and build out £2bn resi portfolio

Landsec has announced plans to rebalance its portfolio with a focus on income and earnings per share growth. Over the next five years, the developer will establish a £2bn+ residential portfolio, recycling £2bn of its current £6.5bn of office-led assets.
