Landsec provides funding for Mayfield’s first phase

Mayfield Partnership has reached a funding agreement with Landsec for the first phase of its £1.4bn Manchester scheme. The partnership is a joint venture between Manchester City Council, Transport for Greater Manchester, LCR and regeneration developer U+I, which is owned
