Dovey Group has bought the 5.7-acre (2.3ha) industrial site Phase II at Land Securities/Liberty Property's Neptune Point scheme in the Cardiff Bay Area.
The South Wales-based investor is believed to have paid around the asking price of £300,000 per acre
