Ladbrokes buys Irish bookmakers

Ladbrokes has bought Eastwood Bookmakers, Northern Ireland’s largest bookmaker, for £117.5m. 

Ladbrokes will have 70 shops throughout Northern Ireland, which include the 16 shops it acquired in 2006
