Keypoint, Legal & General's 62-acre (25ha) distribution park in Swindon, has got the go-ahead to develop its largest unit, a 225,000 sq ft (20,903 sq m) warehouse.
The scheme provides 400,000 sq ft (37,160 sq m) of space.
