Kooky expands with High Wycombe BTR buy

Delph Property Group’s build-to-rent brand Kooky has acquired its second scheme, with the £21.3m purchase of Buckingham House in High Wycombe. Kooky has exchanged contracts with Inland Homes to acquire the 85-flat block. It has  paid 10% of the price,
