Knight Frank hires central London retail partner

Knight Frank has expanded its central London retail team, with the appointment of former Savills director Oliver Green as partner.

Green (pictured) has more than 15 years of experience in Central London retail agency. He has advised on a number of retail and lifestyle destinations including the Burlington Arcade in Mayfair for Motcomb Estates, and Film House, the iconic building in Soho now owned and operated by WeWork.

Green has also advised a number of UK leisure and F&B brands on their London and UK portfolios, including Itsu and Le Pain Quotidien.

The appointment continues the expansion of Knight Frank’s central London retail agency team, following the arrival of Rob Hargreaves, specialist in brand representation, as partner in 2021.

The team is working on developments including the Old War Office, Knightsbridge Gate, due for completion in 2023.

Josh Braid, central London retail partner at Knight Frank, said Green “has a wealth of experience and impressive track record working with developers and investors on some of London’s most iconic retail properties”.

Braid said: “With Central London retail constantly evolving, our clients require us to be at the forefront of change in order to deliver clear strategic advice to enable both occupiers and landlords the opportunity to create world class assets.”
