Lord Hesketh has appointed Knight Frank to sell his 3,300-acre (1,336ha) Easton Neston estate, in Northamptonshire, for an asking price of £50m.
The estate includes the privately owned Towcester racecourse and the Regency model estate village of Hulcote.
