KKR and Hondo buy Highgate Studios

Private equity group KKR and developer Hondo Enterprises have bought Highgate Studios in Kentish Town, NW5. The 210,000 sq ft office building, which traded for around £150m, according to a person familiar with the transaction, is home to video
