Kier Property has secured planning consent for a major redevelopment of its Mannington Retail Park in Swindon, Wiltshire.
The consent allows for over 100,000 sq ft of open A1 retail.
Existing tenants including Carpetrite, Allied Carpets and Matalan will remain
