Kibble will also lead the agency team and takes over from Terry Corns, who has headed up the Birmingham office for five years, and is now retiring from the role.

As the firm’s regional director for the central region, Kibble will be responsible for nine offices across the Midlands including Nottingham, Leicester and Northampton.

Prior to taking the role, he was previously head of LSH’s Hertfordshire office in St Albans for over 20 years, and head of the firm’s East Region for six years.

Clients include: SEGRO, ProLogis, Canada Life, MEPC and Frontier Estates as well as public sector bodies, including Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire County Councils and the Homes & Communities Agency.
