Khan rubberstamps 868-bed Battersea student scheme

The Greater London Authority has allowed consent for a 868-bed student scheme in Battersea from student developer Urbanest. The mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has ruled that the local authority can determine the application itself, allowing Wandsworth’s approval last November.
