Kew Green Hotels is bringing the 218-bedroom Courtyard London Gatwick Airport Hotel to the market for more than £20m.
The hotel includes three conference rooms, fitness centre, restaurant and bar over its four-floor layout. The hotel is available with a franchise and related agreements with Marriott International.
The long-leasehold interest has 122 years unexpired.
Jeremy Jones, director of corporate hotels at Christie + Co, which is advising Kew Green Hotels, said: “This is an exciting opportunity to acquire a strongly performing, internationally branded hotel located in a fantastic position, so we are anticipating a great deal of interest.”
