Kenmore Group has acquired the Broadway Shopping Centre, Plymstock, Devon, from a group of clients for £22m, representing a 5.75% yield.
The centre generates an annual income of £1.2m and tenants include Iceland, Woolworths, Boots, New Look, Clinton Cards, Superdrug
