The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead has selected Kempton Carr Croft to value the authority’s property portfolio.

The company beat four regional and national firms to win the contract.

The valuation will take place throughout 2015 and will include 250 properties.

Malcolm Kempton, director at Kempton Carr Croft, said: “We are delighted to have been selected to undertake a property asset valuation exercise for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

“It is a true testament to the skills and experience of our independent property consultancy that we were successful in the tender against much larger firms.”
