KCL completes Strand deal

Bush-House-W2-THUMB.jpegKing’s College London has completed its 300,000 sq ft letting of the Grade II listed Bush House, WC2, former home of the BBC World Service.

KCL will also take the three adjacent buildings comprising Kato Kagaku’s Aldwych Quarter on a 50-year lease.

King’s will occupy Bush House, Strand House and King House on a phased basis from September 2016, and the adjacent Melbourne House from 2026.

JLL advised the owners; Strutt & Parker acted for KCL.
