Kajima adds duo to logistics team

Property investor, developer and asset manager Kajima has grown its London team by hiring two specialists.

Adam Procter joins from Singapore-headquartered real estate firm Mapletree, where he had spent the past four years as an asset manager. Prior to that he worked for Savills and Lambert Smith Hampton.

In his new role, Procter will focus on driving the performance of Kajima’s pan-European portfolio, building on his multi-sector consultancy and client-side experience.

Camy Sandford joins from Grosvenor, having served almost three years as an investment analyst covering the firm’s regional office portfolio. At Kajima, she will support acquisitions, analysis and disposals across the European logistics and London workspace portfolios.

Daniel Bumpstead, head of European investments at Kajima, said: “Adam and Camy’s appointment comes at a time when we are actively seeking development opportunities to grow our pan-European logistics platform, ELAD, and our office portfolio in London.”
