Joseph Homes has bought a 3.1-acre plot at Millbrook Park, NW7, with planning for 144 homes.
It was being sold by the Inglis Consortium, a partnership between St Modwen, Vinci, Annington Property and the London Borough of Barnet.
This sale follows the sale of a 2.2-acre plot with planning permission for 188 homes sold to Prime Place earlier this year, bringing total sales to £47m.
The former RAF Inglis Barracks in Mill Hill has an overall outline planning consent for 2,240 new homes alongside community facilities and six acres of public parks.
Guy Gusterson, group residential director at St Modwen, said: “Millbrook Park is really flourishing now with five separate housebuilders on site and two public parks finished last year, which really add to the sense of place and community. We look forward to working on the next phases of this major regeneration project to build a new community in Mill Hill.”
Knight Frank acted for the Inglis Consortium.
