John Truslove has strengthened its position on the leaderboard of the most active agents in Worcestershire after working on a couple of deals in the region this week.
The agent acted on behalf of the vendor of an 18,965 sq ft industrial unit in Redditch, bringing the amount of space it has transacted this year to 255,290 sq ft. The deal completed on 17 September and achieved £1,350,000, just £50,000 shy of the asking price. It has cemented the John Truslove’s position below JLL, which takes the top spot with 311,875 sq ft.
CBRE is in third position, having acted on 219,726 sq ft of space, narrowly beating Colliers International which worked on 219,079 sq ft. The top five is completed by BNP Paribas Real Estate which acted on 201,675 sq ft.
